We believe in bringing all of us into the world with vulnerability, openness, and full expression. In order to bring all of ourselves into a space we must create spaces where all are welcome. When we are in a space where all belong, we can bring all of ourselves into that space. We see diversity of thought, experience, and ideas as a net positive and strive to represent the growing community. We are whole humans, much more than our roles, titles, or affiliations. When we interview guests, we are as interested in the individual and the collective they speak about, learn from, and grow with.
